Free Lance Photographer
It has always been Justin Wong’s dream to become a free lance photographer. As a child, he was inspired by looking through magazines and books showcasing some of the world’s best photographers and their work. So it became apparent to him as he was entering his college years that he would do an art major in photography and would try his best to find work opportunity doing something he loved to do.
When Justin met with Florence Chow, a free lance photographer working in Hong Kong at the time, he asked her how she got into the business.
“I wasn’t always interested in becoming a free lance photographer, but then I realized that working as a photographer for the newspaper I contributed regularly to did have its advantages and job security but I didn’t really get to explore my talent to the full potential.”
Florence shared an amazing and inspiring story that helped guide Justin in his journey to becoming a free lance photographer. Having provided him with the essential advice on how to get started, how to build relationships with those who would help his business, and how he would be able to find projects that would be fulfilling both monetarily and experience wise, Justin was well on his way.
Florence helped others to explore the free lance photographer opportunity while providing them with the guiding light to explore the many facets. Justin became widely recognized as a highly acclaimed free lance photographer and won several awards. His work has been published in various freelance magazines, and books devoted to the world’s best and most creative photographers.
